I grew up in Stockholm, Sweden. After art college, Konstskolan i Stockholm, I felt a calling to travel: eventually I ended up Scotland which became my home base for over a decade. To me, there’s just something with the Celtic culture that speaks to my heart more than any other. I’ve always loved the sound of folk music, flutes and bagpipes. The mythical Celtic tales, the wild green hills, mountains and lochs that still holds the ancient atmosphere of past magic.

Early on, I felt that doing things just the classical way in art that we were shown in college, didn’t entirely quench my thirst to produce something more tangible. When I started with the collages I discovered that drawing, tracing and experimenting with different forms of colours, compositions and patterned paper, gave me a more boundless notion when creating.

I believe producing as an artist is a blend of personal expression with a willingness to adapt and expand as well as a balance of intuition and technique. Through my art I yearn to move other people to ignite and embrace their own curiosity for the mystery of life itself. Merging our multilayered life experiences - transcendence is perhaps one of the hardest challenges for us as human beings to comprehend. Through inspired imagination I believe we all come home to one another.
